Where referenced in an order document, these standard forms are incorporated by reference and form part of the binding agreement between Braincare and the Client.
In the event of a conflict, the following order of precedence applies unless expressly stated otherwise:
(i) the applicable order document;
(ii) the Master Software as a Service Agreement;
(iii) the applicable exhibits or addenda.
